How often should I change my child’s pacifier ?

We recommend you change your child’s pacifier in 1 or 1.5 months . We also recommend you follow the age stage guidance shown on the pacifier packaging. The age guide is important as the size of the pacifier changes as the child grows and develops.

What is the purpose of Combi Detergent ?

How long can you keep Combi Feeding Bottles & Vegertables Detergent after it is opened?

Please use within one year after opening and before the expiry date for optimum effectiveness.

How often should I descale my steriliser?

We recommend you descale your steriliser every 4 weeks, unless you are in a hard water area in which case you will be required to descale more frequently.

Why should I descale my electric steriliser?

By descaling the steriliser you remove the build-up of lime scale on the electric element within the steriliser. The long term build-up of lime scale can cause the element to stop working. If you don’t descale the steriliser then this could affect your warranty.

How do I reassemble bottle parts after sterilisation?

As long as you wash your hands thoroughly before touching the bottle parts, it should be fine. You can also use the teat tongs provided with our sterilizer and dryer .

Why has the element in the bottom of my steriliser turned brown?

Your steriliser is due to be descaled. We recommend doing this approximately every 4-6 weeks , more often in hard water areas.

Should I have water left in the bottom of my steriliser after a cycle?

It is common to have water left in your steriliser after a cycle. Simply empty out any remaining water after you have finished. 

How much water should I use in my steriliser?

You should use 70ml in the Combi Electronic and Dryer Sterilizer .

Sterilizer : 6 minutes

Dryer : 45 minutes

Can I lay bottles down in my sterilizer?

We recommend that you do not lay bottles down flat in your sterilizer as steam needs to get inside and around the bottles – which it can’t if they are lying down. Try to angle bottles diagonally if possible.
