No. Each Combi baby stroller is designed with a different structure which cannot be changed arbitrarily. The size of the wheel is based on the style as for the overall design consideration, so the wheels cannot be changed from a small size to a bigger one, or vice versa.

Hanging heavy objects on the handle bar will cause the center of gravity instability, which may lead to rollover and hurt the baby. And it also easily lead to structural changes and reduce the life of the stroller, so S-hooks on the market are not suggested to use.
